Country house<\/h3>\n

Former atelier of a young local artist; rustic, inspirative and romantic. Situated in the countryside, only 15 minutes away from the hills (U\u010dka Nature Park) and sea (Opatija), Atelier is a true city escape!<\/p>\n

The house has been thoroughly renovated during the last 5 years and decorated with rustic details, as well as with many paintings that I've created in situ. The house has old stone walls, arched windows and more than 100 years old wooden beams which match perfectly together with my colorful paintings.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

This house is situated in Zvone\u0107a, a small village with an old church and surrounding vineyards, which is very quiet and inspirative. Opatija is only 10km away which means you are able to swim in the sea or enjoy the nightlife in less than 15 minutes!\u00a0<\/p>\n

Zvone\u0107a is a great starting point for different hiking and cycling routes in U\u010dka Nature Park, as well as for day trips to Istria, Trieste, Koper, islands Krk and Cres.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>
